One of today's most popular hashtags, #BestLieEver, is all about stretching the truth to friends, family and, yes, even yourself.
It started early Thursday by Jai Brooks, one of five members of Melbourne, Australia-basedYouTube comedy group The Janoskians. The original message, below, was retweeted more than 5,500 times.
Twitter users responded with both confessions and accusations. There were plenty of repeats, like, "I love you," "You're the only one," and "I'll be there in five minutes," as well as some cheeky originals.
